Sarah McGuinness

Pole Dance Instructor: Michelle Berry

Sarah started pole dancing with The Pole Studio in 2009 for a fun way of losing weight after having her daughter. After losing 3 and a half stone Sarah is a perfect example of how pole fitness helps with weight loss and toning the body. But most importantly, as Sarah says herself, it has given her so much more confidence.

Sarah didn't come from a dance background but that didn't stop her determination to progress through The Pole Studio levels and she qualified under the REPS approved Pole Studio Fitness Instructor Programme in 2011. Sarah teaches Levels 1-5 at Dorking and Epsom.
