About The Pole Studio
Whether you are a beginner looking for a fun way to get fit with friends or if you are an advanced pole dancer wanting to learn the latest tricks, we have a class for you.
We also have a Pole Studio in Pretoria, South Africa run by Pole Fitness Champion, Tracey Simmonds.
At The Pole Studio we will provide you with a total body workout, regardless of your age, size or fitness level. Pole Fitness will increase your flexibility, help you lose weight, build your core strength, stamina and fitness and most importantly, it’s great fun.
Each lesson consists of a warm up, series of tricks, spins, poses and transitions on and around the pole before a cool down.
What do we teach at The Pole Studio?
Our spinny classes consist of moves from the Beginner and Intermediate syllabus for static pole, with some new elegant, spinny specific moves added in. You must be at an Intermediate level and know how to strongly invert to join this course.
Practice sessions are available at our Basingstoke, Dorking and Surbiton Pole Studios. For £5 an hour you will get a pole on your own to practice and perfect moves you have been learning within your lessons. You must have someone with you at all times when practising for safety and insurance purposes.
Don't be shy!
