Abbie started pole fitness in 2013. She did gymnastics as a child on and off along with trampolining but she says finally pole completely stole her heart. Abbie loves the diversity of pole as ‘it doesn’t matter what shape, size or gender you are, everybody supports you and you can always achieve something incredible’. ​Abbie wants to teach pole so that she can help other people with their self confidence and body image.
