DeeDee tried a pole fitness class on a hen weekend in 2015 and she couldn't wait to get home to find the nearest studio to her. Now DeeDee trains 4 times a week at the gym and on the pole focusing on progressing her own abilities as much as she can. She says ‘I want every student to be able to feel as much passion for pole as I do. I love what pole fitness has done for my self-confidence and it's great for keeping in shape too! I personally think it's the best fitness you can do!
