Kelly started pole lessons when asked by a friend to join her on a beginners' course at The Pole Studio. As she was looking for something fun to add to her gym sessions she jumped at the chance to try something new. She fell in love with the sport from her first class and couldn't wait for the next one. Kelly revels in the challenge of pole and the fact there's always something new to learn. She's pleased to have found a way to keep fit which has made her stronger and more toned while doing something she loves.
