Kirsten

Kirsten first tried pole in 2011 at University. Having been a keen gymnast and cheerleader whilst growing up she wanted to try something a little different. After a few years break from pole she has now been training with The Pole Studio since October 2016 and is now obsessed! Kirsten finds it a great alternative to the gym to keep fit and toned and loves the challenge in each lesson. Kirsten began teaching as she loves helping other people master moves and watching them gain confidence.
