Kristy started pole in 2014 and from Day 1 knew she wanted to become an instructor and to help other people who had no confidence. Kristy says about her experience with pole ‘The day I started pole was the day I fell in love with it. It changed my life forever and in a way changed who I was for the better. I have always been super quiet and shy but pole built up my courage and confidence to make me want to do the same for others’.
