Louise started pole fitness in 2012 as an alternative core workout to Pilates after a long stint in physiotherapy. Little did she know how her weekly sessions would develop into a huge passion. Louise loves all aspects of pole from the creative outlet it provides, the strength and flexibility it develops, to the amazing people it allows you to meet along the way. Louise enjoys performing and actively competes in sport pole, having competed as a finalist at IPAAT 2019, MPD 2019, HTTC 2019 and has recently qualified for MMPE 2020. As an instructor she loves helping students develop their strength, technique and own style of pole.
