Nausica
Instructor

Nausica always loved to keep fit but never found the right sport, until she went to pole classes. Pole has helped to develop her upper and lower body and flexibility too. Nausica says pole has improved her overall mood and if she is ever stressed or sad she gets onto a pole and instantly feels better. She is keen to share her passion with her pupils.
